This project analyzed the online Emerging Threats: Syphilis module to ensure that it was inclusive, engaging, and comprehensive for all learners. Applying WCAG 2.2 AA standards and UDL principles to the education supports diverse learning needs and promotes equitable participation.

 

Root Cause Analysis

This project reviewed the onboarding practices at a luxury hotel that was experiencing sharp declines in guest satisfaction, employee morale, and revenue per room. The analysis used design thinking to empathize with the stakeholders and determine the root causes to develop a problem statement.
